Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of service technician experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
ASE Certification.
B level qualifications, particularly in diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair.
Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination, essential for operating electronic diagnostic equipment.
Exceptional mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
A positive, friendly attitude combined with excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Performing work specified on repair orders efficiently, adhering to dealership and manufacturer specifications.
Test-driving vehicles and using advanced diagnostic tools to assess components and systems.
Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing crucial automotive systems, such as engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and more.
Effective communication with the Service Advisor to ensure customers are continuously informed about their vehicles and any additional services that may be required.
Executing repairs under warranty, maintaining the highest quality standards.
