Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Professional attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
- Personal automotive tools required
Nice To Haves
- Previous dealership service experience preferred
- Experience using advanced diagnostic equipment and repair software
- Strong mechanical knowledge across major vehicle systems
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicle concerns accurately and efficiently
- Perform maintenance and advanced repair work according to manufacturer standards
- Complete brake, suspension, transmission, engine, electrical, and drivability repairs
- Perform inspections and test drive vehicles to verify completed repairs
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair systems
- Complete warranty repairs following manufacturer specifications
- Communicate repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and repair orders
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
