Our service department is looking for skilled Automotive Technicians to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Automotive Technician experience
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • Ford dealership experience preferred
  • Ford certifications preferred
  • ASE Certifications preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine proper repair procedures
  • Perform repairs according to Ford and dealership standards
  • Complete maintenance services including inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Repair engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brake, electrical, and HVAC systems
  • Utilize Ford diagnostic equipment and repair information
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and parts personnel
  • Identify additional maintenance or safety concerns
  • Road test vehicles to verify repairs
  • Maintain accurate repair documentation
  • Participate in ongoing Ford training and certification programs
