About The Position

Andrews Cadillac Brentwood is seeking experienced and motivated Automotive Service Technicians to join their team. This is an opportunity for productive technicians to earn between $100,000-$200,000+ annually, with warranty work paying 1.5 times the regular flat-rate pay. The dealership has recently invested in a renovated shop with modern equipment, clean facilities, and a supportive work environment. They are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, are dependable, and seek a long-term career in a growing area with no state income tax.

Requirements

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience
• Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting ability
• GM experience required
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required

Responsibilities

• Perform repair-order work efficiently and accurately
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and related systems
• Use modern diagnostic tools, special service equipment, and manufacturer repair information
• Test-drive vehicles and verify completed repairs
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with Service Advisors
• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer requirements
• Maintain required manufacturer training
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace
• Follow dealership and manufacturer repair processes
• Treat every customer's vehicle with care
