About The Position
Kunes Platteville, WI is seeking top-notch Automotive Technicians to join their high-octane team. As part of the fastest-growing automotive powerhouse in the Midwest, this role offers guaranteed 40+ hours/week, a full benefits package, and daily pay. The technician will perform thorough inspections, diagnostic tests, repairs, and routine maintenance on vehicles, ensuring high standards and timely completion of work. They will also communicate with the service manager regarding necessary repairs and maintenance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of wrenching experience
- Valid driver's license and a passion for all things automotive

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough inspections of used vehicles and identify any mechanical or electrical issues
- Conduct diagnostic tests to determine the root cause of any issues
- Repair or replace parts as necessary, such as brakes, tires, belts, hoses, and suspension systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance work are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
- Communicate with the service manager and provide recommendations for any repairs or maintenance work that may be needed
