Go Downtown Kia is looking for a Journeyman Automotive Service Technician to join our busy Vancouver service team. If you are a licensed technician who wants steady work, OEM training, strong earning potential, and a shop that values quality repairs, this could be a strong move. Requirements
- Licensed Journeyman Automotive Service Technician
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Valid driver’s licence
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
Nice To Haves
- Kia/Hyundai experience is an asset
- EV/hybrid experience is an asset
- Dealership experience is an asset
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles
- Perform inspections, maintenance, warranty work, and mechanical repairs
- Use proper diagnostic procedures and repair documentation
- Work closely with advisors, parts, and service leadership
- Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Continue building your technical skills through OEM training
