About The Position

We are looking for an experienced and driven Service Technician to join our growing team. Pay Range: $20-$50 Flat Rate Hours Schedule: Mon-Sat: 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm

Requirements

Experienced automotive technicians who are passionate about their craft and eager to advance their career.
Technicians with any manufacturer experience (ie. Nissan, Toyota, etc) encouraged to apply.
With a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
We are a drug free workplace.

Nice To Haves

ASE certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
Diagnose cause of malfunction.
Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools.
