About The Position

Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Mechanical expertise across major vehicle systems
- Experience using advanced diagnostic software and repair equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and professional work ethic
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
- Personal automotive tools required
Nice To Haves
- Previous dealership service experience preferred
- GM Certification or GM Master Certification strongly preferred
- Previous Chevrolet or GM dealership experience
- ASE Certifications
- Hybrid or Electric Vehicle Experience or Certification
Responsibilities
- Diagnose vehicle concerns quickly and accurately
- Perform maintenance and advanced repair work according to manufacturer standards
- Complete brake, suspension, engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability repairs
- Perform inspections and road tests to verify repairs
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair systems
- Complete warranty repairs following manufacturer specifications
- Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and repair orders
- Follow dealership safety procedures and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
