About The Position
Honda of Ames is expanding its service facility and is looking for experienced Automotive Service Technicians of all levels. This includes Master Certified Technicians, mid-level techs, and skilled entry-level technicians. The dealership is seeking candidates with experience, long-term commitment, and a positive, team-first attitude for various positions including Service, Parts, Detail, and Service Support.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an automotive technician
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- A positive attitude and a desire to grow with a team
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
Nice To Haves
- Ford experience a plus!
- ASE or manufacturer certifications preferred (but not required for all levels)
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Stay current with training and certifications
