About The Position
Take 5 Oil Change is hiring part-time Automotive Service Technicians in Western North Carolina. This role offers a hands-on, fast-paced environment where you will learn a valuable skill with a schedule that can accommodate school, another job, or other life commitments. You will greet customers, perform oil changes and fluid checks, inspect tires, replace wipers and filters, and maintain shop operations. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive paid training is provided.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age (18 preferred)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout your shift
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willing to submit to a background check
- Provide own training uniform: black pants or shorts, black shirt, and non-slip black shoes
Responsibilities
- Greet customers
- Perform oil changes and fluid checks
- Inspect tires
- Replace wipers and filters
- Keep things running smoothly in the shop
- Use a point of sale system
