Requirements

Valid driver's license
Willingness to learn and grow in the role
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions
C Level Technician
Minimum 1-year previous experience working in a similar role at a dealership preferred
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
Possess a positive attitude and the willingness to come to work every day
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
High School diploma or equivalent
All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Perform oil and filter changes, fluid level checks, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer standards
Conduct comprehensive multi-point vehicle inspections to ensure safety and performance
Accurately document findings and services performed using dealership software systems
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
