About The Position
Billion Auto of Iowa City is seeking skilled Hyundai Service Technicians to join their growing, family-owned team. Requirements
- Proven experience as an automotive technician (ASE and/or OEM certifications preferred).
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
- Commitment to customer service and quality craftsmanship.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities
- Execute vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance with high accuracy and efficiency, adhering to OEM and dealership standards.
- Proactively diagnose vehicle malfunctions and determine necessary repairs.
- Examine vehicles to identify additional safety or service opportunities.
- Maintain open communication with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regarding repair orders, part needs, and time management.
- Accurately document all completed work and recommendations on repair orders.
- Ensure customer vehicles remain clean, notifying advisors immediately of any issues.
- Maintain a safe, orderly shop area and promptly report equipment malfunctions.
