Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of Automotive Technician experience
- ASE Certification required
- Advanced mechanical knowledge including engine repair, diagnostics, and electrical troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of modern automotive systems and emerging vehicle technologies
- Ability to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns efficiently
- Experience operating electronic diagnostic equipment and service technology systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Basic computer proficiency for repair documentation and service systems
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance outlined on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership standards
- Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, suspension, steering, electrical systems, braking systems, HVAC systems, and drivability concerns
- Perform vehicle inspections using advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-specific tools
- Test-drive vehicles and evaluate components and system performance
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations with Service Advisors to ensure customers remain informed throughout the repair process
- Provide accurate repair estimates and identify additional service recommendations when necessary
- Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines and specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following dealership safety procedures
