About The Position

Honda of Ames is expanding its service facility and is looking for Automotive Service Technicians of all levels. This includes Master Certified Technicians, mid-level techs, and skilled entry-level technicians. The dealership is seeking candidates with experience, long-term commitment, and a positive, team-first attitude for positions in automotive service. The dealership is investing in its future and the future of its employees.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive technician
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• A positive attitude and a desire to grow with a team
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Nice To Haves

• Ford experience a plus!
• ASE or manufacturer certifications preferred (but not required for all levels)

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Stay current with training and certifications
