Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a lube, tire, quick service, or automotive maintenance role preferred
Knowledge of oil changes, tire services, and basic vehicle maintenance
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
Ability to lift tires, equipment, and other automotive materials
Flexibility to work weekends and varying schedules as business needs require

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and preventative maintenance services
Mount, balance, rotate, repair, and replace tires
Conduct vehicle inspections and identify maintenance needs
Check and top off vehicle fluids, batteries, belts, and filters
Assist with brake inspections and basic automotive services
Maintain accurate service records and work orders
Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards
Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional
Support team operations and assist in other service areas as needed
Deliver excellent customer service and professionally explain recommended services
Stay informed on automotive industry trends, technologies, and EV maintenance practices
