Automotive Service Technician/Mechanic - Hermitage
About The Position
Flynn’s Tire & Auto Service is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians and Master Automotive Technicians. This position offers the opportunity to earn up to $100,000/year based on skill level, experience, and ASE certifications. Compensation includes a base rate plus commission on service with bonus eligibility. We offer a 4-day workweek option for full-time employees and provide training and payment for ASE certifications to support career development and income growth. Employees can earn up to 20 paid time off days per year, plus 6 paid holidays. Sundays and major holidays are never worked. Comprehensive benefits are provided, including a retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and supplemental insurance plans.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Acceptable MVR and Background Check
- Pre-Employment Drug Screening
- ASE Certifications
- Can lift 20 – 80 pounds

Responsibilities
- Perform all automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and service.
- Perform tire-related service while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct State Inspections and Emission Testing (PA).
- Perform Wheel alignments.
- Conduct Steering & Suspension repairs.
- Perform Engine repairs.
- Service Belts & Hoses.
- Perform HVAC Service & Repairs.
- Conduct Diagnostics & Electrical Repairs.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance.
- Conduct Brake Diagnostic & Repair.
