Requirements

Proven experience as an automotive technician / mechanic (Ford certification is a plus, but not required).
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
Commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
Reliable team player with a positive attitude.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Must have your own basic tools.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and air conditioning.
Perform quality vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance to ensure customer safety.
Execute work orders efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.
Clearly document work performed and communicate effectively with service advisors.
