About The Position
Automotive Service Technician / Mechanic Attention all Experienced Automotive Technicians and Master Automotive Technician – Flynn’s Tire & Auto Service is the RIGHT PLACE FOR YOU! Why Flynn’s Tire? Earn up to $100,000/year depending on your skill level, experience, and ASE certifications. Our compensation includes a base rate plus commission on service with bonus eligibility. Option for 4-day workweek (Full-time). We will pay for your ASE certifications and provide training so you can increase your income and grow in your career development. Earn up to 20 paid time off days/year plus 6 paid holidays. Never work on a Sunday or major holiday. We offer comprehensive benefits including retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and valuable supplemental insurance plans.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Acceptable MVR and Background Check
- Pre-Employment Drug Screening
- ASE Certifications
- Can lift 20 – 80 pounds

Responsibilities
- Perform all automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and service, as well as tire related service while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.
- State Inspections and Emission Testing (PA)
- Wheel alignments
- Steering & Suspension repairs
- Engine repairs
- Belts & Hoses
- HVAC Service & Repairs
- Diagnostics & Electrical Repairs
- Preventative Maintenance
- Brake Diagnostic & Repair
