About The Position
Fountain Tire Campbell River is looking for a 2nd or 3rd year Automotive Service Apprentice to develop their mechanical skills in pursuit of a career as an automotive service professional. This role involves performing full diagnostic, repair, and mechanical services for cars, light trucks, and other vehicles. The apprentice will interact with customers, maintain a safe work environment, and take pride in their work keeping customers on the road.
Requirements
- A 2nd or 3rd year registered Automotive Service Apprentice.
- Comfortable with all aspects of diagnostics and repair.
- Self-motivated technician who thrives in a busy shop environment.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver’s Abstract.
Responsibilities
- Perform full diagnostic, repair, and mechanical services for cars, light trucks, and other vehicles.
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and coworkers.
- Keep customers' vehicles on the road through quality work.
