- Answering incoming calls with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Scheduling service appointments and managing client communication with efficiency.
- Collaborating with Service Advisors to ensure seamless service experiences.
- Making follow-up calls to confirm appointments and maintain our high standards of service excellence.
- Acting as the vital link between clients and our Service Department.
