About The Position

This role is essential to creating an outstanding customer experience by assisting guests throughout their service visit, transporting customers safely, and supporting daily service department operations. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Must be able to work Mondays and Saturdays
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and drive for extended periods
  • Previous automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
  • Provide a welcoming and positive first impression of the dealership
  • Safely shuttle customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or designated locations
  • Assist customers with entering and exiting vehicles when needed
  • Ensure every customer interaction reflects the dealership's commitment to exceptional service
  • Install protective seat covers and floor mats before service work begins
  • Assist Service Advisors with answering phones and scheduling appointments
  • Verify vehicle recall status when appropriate
  • Move vehicles efficiently between service lanes, technicians, parking areas, and customer delivery locations
  • Run completed vehicles through the car wash and prepare them for customer delivery
  • Assist with maintaining smooth workflow throughout the service department
  • Maintain clean and organized service drive and customer areas
  • Empty trash receptacles and remove debris from work areas
  • Sweep and maintain service department cleanliness standards
  • Monitor dealership grounds and parking areas for safety and appearance
  • Assist with additional dealership support duties as assigned
