About The Position

The Automotive Service Porter is responsible for assisting with customer vehicle intake and delivery in the service drive, moving and organizing vehicles on dealership property, and maintaining the cleanliness of service areas and vehicles. This role also involves assisting service advisors and technicians and providing outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred but not required.
