About The Position
A service porter and shop cleaner maintains automotive dealership lots, service bays, and repair facilities by moving vehicles and performing daily janitorial duties.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license
- A clean driving record
- A high school diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Move customer and inventory cars between the service drive, parking lot, repair stalls, and wash bays.
- Perform pre-washes, post-repair courtesy cleanings, vacuuming, and exterior washes on cars.
- Sweep, mop, and clear debris from shop floors, service aisles, and customer waiting areas.
- Empty trash daily, clean fluid areas or oil pits, supply technicians with clean mops or materials, and restock supplies.
- Run local parts or supply errands for mechanics and service advisors when needed.
