About The Position

DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a high-performing Chrysler Service Manager to lead operations at a one point store. Requirements

  • 4+ years automotive service technical experience
  • 5+ years Service Manager or Service Advisor leadership experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven ability to drive revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing service operations in a dealership environment

Nice To Haves

  • CDJR (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) experience preferred
  • Body Shop experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all operations of the service department for maximum profitability and efficiency
  • Forecast departmental goals and execute strategies to achieve them
  • Manage staffing including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team of service advisors and technicians
  • Monitor and improve service KPIs including: Repair order trends, Technician productivity and efficiency, Sales per repair order, Warranty performance and comeback rates
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and retention
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Work closely with manufacturer representatives and stay current on Chrysler policies and warranty procedures
  • Maintain department budgets and cost controls
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment for customers and staff
