We are looking for an experienced Service Center Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads from the front, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience while developing a winning team. As the Service Center Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the shop while creating an outstanding experience for both customers and employees.

Requirements

5+ years of Service Advisor or Service Writer experience
5+ years of leadership or management experience
Strong customer service and sales abilities
Proven ability to lead technicians and build a positive culture
Excellent communication and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Clean driving record

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily operations of the service center
Coach, mentor, and develop technicians and service staff
Conduct daily production meetings to keep the team aligned
Hold regular one-on-one coaching sessions with employees
Ensure exceptional customer communication throughout the repair process
Build estimates and present repair recommendations with confidence
Work alongside technicians to solve complex repair challenges
Monitor workflow, productivity, quality, and profitability
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from vehicle drop-off through delivery
Foster a positive, accountable, high-performance culture
