Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle

Nice To Haves

  • Audi experience preferred
  • Previous Service Manager experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily service operations by delegating tasks, monitoring project progress, and guiding team members to achieve departmental objectives and sales goals.
  • Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain strong relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Monitor departmental trends and customer feedback to identify recurring issues and implement solutions that improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Support and perform key administrative functions, including managing and updating invoices,processing new orders, and tracking inventory.
  • Audit completed work and guest service interactions to ensure company standards for quality, efficiency, and productivity are consistently met.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and sales representatives to support operational success and business growth
  • Other duties as assigned
