We are a well-established Nissan franchise dealership with a high-volume Express Service operation, and we're looking for an experienced, driven, and customer-focused Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department to the next level. Requirements

  • Previous Automotive Service Management experience is required.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop successful teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of service department operations and financial performance.
  • Results-driven with a proven history of setting and achieving monthly goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Nissan dealership experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing service team.
  • Drive exceptional customer satisfaction and create a world-class service experience.
  • Establish, monitor, and achieve monthly sales, productivity, and profitability goals.
  • Oversee daily service department operations, including workflow, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Maintain efficient shop processes while ensuring repairs are completed accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with the Parts and Sales departments to maximize dealership performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, dealership policies, and safety procedures.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through outstanding communication and professionalism.
