Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive service management or a dealership leadership role preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong work ethic with a hands-on approach and a willingness to lead by example.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and committed to achieving departmental and dealership objectives.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and follow through on tasks from start to finish.

- Strong computer skills; dealership management system experience (ADP/CDK or similar) is a plus.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays as business needs require.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Service Director in leading the daily operations of a busy, high-volume Service Department.
- Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors to achieve individual and departmental goals.
- Ensure every customer receives an exceptional service experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.
- Review repair orders for accuracy, quality, and proper warranty administration.
- Drive department profitability by effectively managing labor sales and overall performance.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while building long-term relationships that encourage repeat business.
- Partner with the Parts Department to ensure efficient repair processes and timely vehicle completion.
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards, dealership policies, and all safety regulations.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top-performing service team members.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence every day.
