About The Position

Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Wesley Chapel, a trusted and high-performing dealership, is looking for an Automotive Service Manager to lead our dynamic service department. This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and has extensive knowledge of service operations, customer satisfaction, and team management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Service Manager in a high-volume dealership
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills
  • Deep understanding of warranty guidelines, systems, and service procedures
  • Strong customer service and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Familiarity with DMS software
  • ASE and/or certifications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and excellent customer service
  • Lead, coach, and support service advisors, technicians, and support staff
  • Maintain compliance with all warranty and service procedures
  • Maximize departmental performance by tracking KPIs, labor hours, and CSI scores
  • Ensure smooth coordination with Parts and Sales departments
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies and service promotions
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment
