Requirements

  • Proficiency in recruiting, training, and managing Service Technicians and Service Advisors.
  • Effective communication of job expectations, coupled with ongoing coaching and support for your team.
  • Implement production and quality standards, drive customer service excellence, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Meeting financial objectives and developing impactful sales programs while monitoring results.
  • A minimum of three years of service management experience is required.
  • Capability to accomplish HR objectives, enforce policies, and ensure a culture of accountability.
  • Strong leadership and a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Steering the Service Department toward success.
  • Managing costs effectively while cultivating a loyal customer base through exceptional service.
  • Promote positive employee relations and set strategic sales and profit objectives that align with department goals.
  • Maintaining detailed service records and promptly addressing customer concerns will be essential to ensuring operations meet top-tier standards.
  • Actively pursue achieving and sustaining the highest Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) rating, embodying the company's values of excellence and integrity in every interaction.
