About The Position
Full-Time (40+ hours per 5-day work week) position with a set, predictable schedule. Candidates must be dependable and trustworthy and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must have Customer Service skills and enjoy helping customers! No automotive experience required. We provide full training with the opportunity to advance within the company for driven individuals. Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds and X-Time a plus. ________________________________________ Job Description Service Greeters present themselves in a professional and polite way to greet incoming service customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable Driving Record
- Must be at least 18 year of age
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds and X-Time a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct service customers to an available Service Advisor upon arrival.
- Record current vehicle information (such as, current mileage and any available maintenance minder codes) to present to the customer’s assigned Service Advisor.
- Assist Service Advisors as needed in the service drive
