About The Position
Anderson Automotive Group is seeking an energetic and outgoing individual with a proven track record in customer service to serve as the first point of contact for our service lane. The Service Greeter is responsible for providing an inviting and professional experience to guests bringing their vehicles in for scheduled maintenance and repairs. Requirements
- Individuals with friendly and outgoing personalities suited to customer service
- Possess strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Bi-lingual is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist and greet customers when they bring their vehicle in for service.
- Move the customer's vehicle from the service drive.
