About The Position
Are you interested in getting your career started in the automotive industry? We are looking for a Service Greeter to join our team! This is an entry level position in the automotive industry and we will train the right person.
Requirements
- Friendly and customer service focused!!
- Reliable
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside
Nice To Haves
- Computer knowledge a plus!
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the assistant service managers and assist them with write-up, updating a customer and closing the repair order.
- Verifying that the total repair meets the estimate provided to the customer.
- Ensuring all customers have an exceptional service experience.
- Occasionally move cars from the service lane to shop.
- Deliver customers vehicles back to them in the service lane.
- Handle payment from customers on occasion.
- Scheduling appointments and answering the phones.
- Full and part-time positions open.
