About The Position
MINI of St.Louis is looking for a Full Time Service Greeter/Porter! This is a Monday-Friday position from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm with no weekends. MINI of St.Louis is part of the Autohaus Family, a family-owned business committed to providing an exceptional consumer experience. Requirements
- MUST HAVE valid driver's license
- MUST HAVE clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions
- Dependable (punctual and consistent attendance) with reliable means of transportation
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and direct them to appropriate personnel
- Control service traffic flow and parking
- Ensure that vehicles are parked in assigned areas
- Making sure they are locked, and all keys are marked and put away correctly
- Assist Service Advisors and Service Manager with paperwork, repair orders, etc
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Occasionally shuttle customers
- washing and vacuuming vehicles
- Fueling vehicles
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Provide exceptional customer service
