We are a locally owned Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center built on honest service, strong customer relationships, and a team-first culture. Our Service Advisors play a key role in creating trust with customers while helping the shop operate efficiently and profitably. Requirements
- Automotive service advising or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced shop
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and build lasting relationships
- Listen to customer concerns and translate them into repair needs
- Present inspections and service recommendations clearly and honestly
- Prepare estimates and communicate timelines
- Coordinate workflow between technicians and customers
- Deliver completed invoices and explain services performed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, professional front counter
