We are seeking a driven Automotive Customer Service BDC Consultant who excels in communication, customer engagement, and organization. This position involves managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, using proven scripts and sales techniques to schedule appointments and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, automotive, or business development preferred.
  • Familiar with using scripts, power tracks, and alternative customer communication methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and basic computer skills including data entry.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls using established scripts and schedule sales appointments accurately.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to schedule follow-ups and appointments for Sales and Service departments.
  • Log customer interactions and update the customer database promptly and accurately.
  • Confirm and reschedule appointments as necessary, including handling no-shows.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to track appointment results.
  • Generate and send letters, postcards, and emails for automated follow-up reminders based on marketing campaigns.
  • Respond to customer inquiries from the website and contact internet leads to schedule appointments.
  • Notify relevant departments when appointments are scheduled and assist with additional duties as assigned.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly performance goals.
