Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in phone communication or telemarketing, particularly in automotive, business development, or customer service, is preferred.
Familiarity with scripts, power tracks, and alternative sales techniques.
Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with management and customers.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and comfortable with data entry and computer use.

Responsibilities

Handle heavy inbound and outbound calls to schedule sales and service appointments using provided scripts.
Log customer comments accurately and maintain up-to-date customer information in the database.
Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on customer appointments, including no-shows.
Communicate with the Service Department to track appointment outcomes.
Generate and send letters, postcards, and emails according to scheduled marketing timelines.
Respond to customer inquiries from the website and internet leads through phone and email.
Notify relevant departments when appointments are scheduled and assist with additional assigned duties.
Meet or exceed monthly performance goals.
