Requirements
- Individuals with 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in Automotive Sales
- Have a valid driver's license
- Individuals who are comfortable working in a performance-based environment where a portion of their compensation is tied to sales targets and KPIs
- Individuals who have high energy and are consistently punctual in a fast-paced shop environment
- Individuals who demonstrate mental toughness and coachability
Responsibilities
- Own the Guest Journey: Lead the front-of-house experience from the initial greeting to the final vehicle delivery with total professionalism.
- Precision Service Writing: Manage service and repair orders with obsessive attention to detail and timely execution.
- Expert Consultation: Deliver clear, confident repair recommendations that empower customers to make the best decisions for their vehicles.
- Operational Synergy: Partner closely with our Technical Team to ensure a seamless, efficient shop workflow.
- Educational Sales: Utilize your expertise to educate customers and upsell vital services that ensure vehicle safety and shop profitability.
- Process Excellence: Follow our proven service process to guarantee consistent, high-standard results for every guest.
