About The Position
At Blain’s Farm & Fleet, we are seeking an Automotive Service Center Manager Trainee to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to advance your technical expertise, gain understanding of expense management, and develop leadership skills. You will oversee and advise Service Advisors and Technicians, participate in the interview and selection process, and write and deliver performance reviews and progressive coaching when necessary. Upon completion of the Manager Trainee Program, candidates must be available to relocate, with relocation assistance available.
Requirements
- Technical aptitude to tackle complex challenges
- Desire to lead and manage a team
- A valid Driver’s License
- Desire to obtain ASE A4 & A5 Certifications
