We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Automotive Service Center Counter Representative to join our growing team. The Automotive Service Center Counter Representative is the first point of contact for customers at our shop. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome, clear communication, and efficient service from start to finish. This role involves answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing work orders, handling customer inquiries, and supporting our technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience. Using All Tune Total Car Care’s Red Carpet Callback Procedure, you’ll follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and strengthen long-term loyalty.

Requirements

  • No experience necessary — we provide training for the right candidate
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record required
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn

  • Prior experience in customer service or automotive environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and assist with service needs
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and follow up on missed or canceled bookings
  • Communicate effectively with customers and the service team regarding repair timelines and updates
  • Create, update, and process work orders using the shop’s Point of Sale (POS) system
  • Prepare accurate customer invoices and ensure proper filing of all paperwork and records
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front counter and reception area
  • Perform customer follow-up calls using the Red Carpet Callback Procedure to ensure satisfaction
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity
