About The Position
Westlie Ford is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our Service Department as a Full-Time Service Cashier. If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you! Automotive dealership experience is preferred, but we're willing to consider candidates with exceptional customer service and administrative skills.

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Review service invoices and process customer payments
- Schedule service appointments
- Answering incoming phone calls
- File paperwork and maintain organized records
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to every guest
