The Service Cashier provides a high level of customer service and engagement while receiving payment for maintenance and repairs. The cashier's responsibilities include but are not limited to: Reviewing the service bill for accuracy and cost, calculating the customer's invoice utilizing dealership software, ensuring appropriate manufacturer or 3rd party warranties were applied if applicable, receiving proper method of payment from customers and recording the appropriate amount received on the applicable repair order, relaying customer concerns, questions, and/or needs to the service team, being the voice of the dealership to ensure complete customer satisfaction was delivered, and performing other duties as requested by management.
