About The Position

The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an opportunity for an Automotive Service BDC Manager with Rallye BMW! The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position with an outstanding team, who is seeking a long term position in which they can utilize their automotive luxury experience to ensure a seamless and personalized client experience. Must be an energetic, reliable, motivated individual with service writing experience.

Requirements

• Clean and valid driver's license.
• 2+ years of BMW and/or Highline internet service management Experience.
• Proficient in eLeads CRM including reporting, Mastermind, BMW infobahn, etc.
• Strong communication skills by phone, email and in person.

Nice To Haves

• Service writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the daily responsibilities of the digital sales coordinators.
• Ensure prospects are identified and appointments are set with potential buyers to meet with client advisors via their preferred communication channels.
• Ensure all internet leads are assigned and followed up with by a client advisor until completion of the sales
• Answer customer internet inquiries by both email and phone.
• Manage and track all leads in CRM and ensure proper reporting
• Create, update and manage email templates in CRM for client advisors, including email/phone call workflows to follow up with unsold and sold opportunities.
• Keep track of all leads that come in, who they are assigned to, the outcome of the lead, and the type of lead and report to GSM and Sales Manager on a monthly/weekly basis.
• Oversee client advisors' daily organizers in CRM, confirm notes and proper follow-up are being maintained.
