About The Position

Toyota Automotive Service Attendant Canyon Creek Toyota is seeking a reliable and organized Automotive Service Attendant to strengthen the support for our Service Department. As service partner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our vehicles are well presented to our customers. You’ll take pride in delivering an excellent experience, being detail oriented, and ensuring every interaction reflects our strong commitment to our customers. This is a great role to start your career in the automotive industry, with limitless opportunities for growth and progression. Schedule: This is a full-time, permanent role of 40 hours per week. Pay Range: per hour, depending on experience This role reports to the Service Manager of the dealership. Requirements

  • A valid Alberta Driver’s license is required, including a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract report
  • Strong customer-service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is considered a strong asset
  • Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of our service area, our customer vehicles, including exterior washing and interior cleaning
  • Move, arrange, and relocate guest vehicles with care within dealership property
  • Ensure any potential issues with vehicles are promptly reported
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures; safe use of tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies
  • Ensure a high degree of confidentiality with company and customer information
  • Participate in maintaining a supportive and engaging working environment
  • Other duties as assigned
