About The Position

The Service Appointment Coordinator at DELLA Auto Group is a full-time, hourly sales position in the auto industry. The individual in this role will be responsible for coordinating service appointments for customers to the dealership's service center. As a Service Appointment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and satisfaction of our customers' service experiences at DELLA Auto Group. The compensation for this role is hourly and paid weekly. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of phone calls
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments for customers
Maintain accurate and organized records of all appointments and customer information
Coordinate with service technicians and advisors to ensure prompt and efficient service for customers
Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and address any concerns or changes
Monitor service schedule to ensure timely completion of appointments and communicate any delays or issues to customers
Up-sell services and products to customers based on their vehicle's needs and manufacturer recommendations
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by management
