About The Position

As a Service Appointment Coordinator, you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with customer leads received via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership Outstanding customer service skills are required.

Requirements

  • At least one previous role based in customer service or call center experience
  • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Positive and hardworking personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Following and maintaining relationship with customers
  • Monitoring and contacting clients
  • Determining each customer's vehicle service needs
  • Learning, understanding, and following call and email scripts
  • Setting, confirming, and following up on appointments
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily
  • Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
