The Head Appointment Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for our Service Department and plays a critical leadership role in scheduling, customer communication, and driver coordination. This position ensures smooth daily operations by managing appointments, overseeing drivers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers as they walk in the door and direct them to where they need to go
  • Answer incoming customer calls
  • Scheduling service appointments
  • Manage vehicles towed into dealership
