About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is hiring a full-time Automotive Service Advisor in Miami, Florida. Compensation includes base pay plus commission, with the opportunity to earn up to $80,000 per year. The Automotive Service Advisor is a primary customer contact and liaison to auto technicians. The advisor guides customers through selected services and, after a vehicle service review, explains recommended maintenance and repair services—including tires and brakes—in clear, understandable terms. The position involves discussing service benefits, costs, and product features, building customer trust and repeat business, and working toward sales goals. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have previous sales and service advisor experience.
Have a valid driver's license.
Have strong communication and customer service skills.
Be able to connect with people and discuss cars.
Be patient and empathetic.
Be organized, able to prioritize tasks, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer care while working toward sales goals.
Guide customers through the services they have selected.
Act as the main point of contact between customers and auto technicians.
