About The Position
Flow Toyota of Statesville is seeking an experienced Service Advisor. The company provides ongoing training and future career opportunities, with a preference for internal promotion. Training is available for individuals new to the industry, including onsite and manufacturer instruction. Requirements
- Recent automotive Service Advisor experience
- Customer service and sales skills (empathy, patience, listening, conflict resolution, etc)
- Resilience, the ability to overcome objections
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate with customers, management and other employees in a timely manner within a fast-paced environment
- Desire to succeed by listening to the needs of the customer
- Professional, in appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and sales, demonstrating empathy, patience, active listening, and conflict resolution
- Multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively with customers, management, and other employees in a timely manner within a fast-paced environment
- Listen to the needs of the customer to ensure success
