About The Position
McCarthy Hyundai is seeking a full-time Automotive Service Advisor with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail. This role involves greeting customers, documenting their concerns, managing service orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position offers a great opportunity to join the McCarthy Hyundai- Olathe team and contribute to the growth of the McCarthy Auto Group Service Department.
Requirements
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills and strong desire to sell
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
Nice To Haves
- Reynolds and Reynolds DMS knowledge
- 1 year service writing experience
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, listen to customer concerns and write detailed service orders based on customer concerns
- Review vehicle report for recalls that need completed and verify applicable warranty’s
- Answering phones, schedule appointments, review recommended/ upcoming services
- Communicate to technicians throughout the process of repairs to keep customer updated
- Provide cost estimate of mechanical and maintenance repairs
- Maintain customer satisfaction score at or above dealership standards
